Coffee beans are actually the seeds of the cherry-like coffee fruit. So, coffee has the potential to take on a diverse range of fruit flavors depending on the variety, roast and brewing method.

My aim is not only to draw attention to the variety of fruit flavors but also to create unique pieces of art.

Gertrude Stein once wrote: "Coffee is a lot more than just a drink; it is something happening. Not as in hip, but like an event, a place to be, but not like a location, but like somewhere within yourself. It gives you time, but not actual hours or minutes, but a chance to be, like be yourself, and have a second cup."

At some point I longed to picture the beauty of the different flavors and the mood you experience while enjoying a cup of great coffee.
