I didn't pick up my package on time, what happens now?
If you do not pick up your package in time from the agent, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address.
Please check the length of time your parcel can be at the service point. We have no possibility to resend packages.
Home delivery:
The forwarder always informs about the delivery time and always makes an attempt to leave at the specified address. If you do not receive the package, different procedures apply depending on which forwarder you have chosen. Always contact the selected forwarder for information.
When the return has arrived at our warehouse, it is handled and refunded in Klarna. We charge 19 EURO for unclaimed packages and the fee is deducted from your refund via Klarna. Should your order be lower than 19 EURO, there will be no refund at all. We are unable to resend the same shipment from our warehouse, but we ask you to place a new order.
